Are the goods original, which is the country of origin? We are offering only 100% genuine goods, distributed by licensed European companies, origin and quality of the goods is 100% guaranteed.

Are the goods available in stock? Yes, all the goods are available in stock and will be shipped within 1 working day after payment is received.

How long does the delivery take? Depending on the destination: up to 10 working days.

Which courier company you are working with? Depending on the destination, we work with DPD and Interantional Post Service.

How to calculate the transport costs? You can calculate the transport costs by clicking the button ”Calculate shipping” in your basket.

How to place an order? You can order the goods online at www.Dreshnik.eu, with or without registration.

Do I need to make a registration? No, it is not needed.

How to know which size to order? The sizes are standard European, you can check the Size guide for more details. You can see a size chart also in the product page when you push the button "Size Guide". UK and USA sizes are also available in the Size Guide.

Can I change the delivery address after my order has been placed? In case your order hasn’t been shipped, we can change your delivery address. Please contact us asap.

How to make a registration? Click the field “Registration” on the main page and fill in the *marked fields.

Which information will be needed for my registration? The information we would need is, as follows: name, e-mail, address and telephone number.

Is my personal data protected? Our company Global Stock Ltd is registered administration of personal data according to Directive 95/46/EU.

How can I have more information about some products? In case you need any information, please do not hesitate to contact us any time! We will be happy to assist.

How to know my order has been confirmed? Right after you make an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Can I cancel my order?  You may cancel your order any time within fourteen (14) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we receive the order back.

To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible. The goods need to be in their original packaging. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

How to know if my order has been shipped? Right after the dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Which are the payment methods?  You may pay by credit/debit card, PayPal or bank transfer (for wholesale orders only). Payment will be charged in the relevant currency.

How can I make a complaint? We take all feedback very seriously and aim to deal with complaints as quickly and effectively as possible.
